All amounts are in Canadian dollars and are formatted by the application, not by the AI. Monthly and annual figures always carry their period.

| $4,235 / year | An annual amount, such as municipal or school taxes. |
| $863 / month | A monthly amount, such as condo fees. |
| $625,000 | A one-time amount, such as a price or a total. |
| Estimated renovation cost — $45,000 | MARA's estimate. The word "estimated" is always present. |
MARA never presents an estimate as a verified fact. If a figure is labelled "estimated", no quote, appraisal or authoritative source stands behind it.
