Listing data

When you paste a listing URL, MARA's property data service fetches the public page, checks the site's robots.txt and honours it, and reads structured data the page publishes (JSON-LD and OpenGraph) plus the cleaned visible text. The AI layer then extracts the fields the page actually stated.

• MARA respects robots.txt and never bypasses CAPTCHAs, logins or paywalls.
• Fields are never invented: if the page did not state it, the field stays empty.
• Every imported field is shown to you for review and editing before it is saved.

Imported fields are labelled with the source "Listing" so you can always tell them apart from figures you typed yourself.
