Why a property ranked where it did.
Properties are ranked purely by descending User-Weighted Score. MARA then shows, for each property, every category score, the effective weight applied, and the exact number of points that category contributed to the final score. The contributions add up to the weighted score — there is nothing hidden.
A weighted score is not a quality score
It measures fit with the priorities you selected. A property that ranks last under a 100% Investment weighting may still be an excellent home to live in. Check the MARA Property Score for the overall picture.
