Where MARA's market information comes from — and where it does not.
MARA has two separate sources of market information, and they are never mixed. MARA Live Market (Premium) retrieves data from authorized sources — today that is the City of Montréal open-data assessment roll, plus any licensed feed an operator connects. Everywhere else, market commentary comes from the general knowledge of the underlying AI model shaped by Montreal-specific prompts.
AI commentary is not market data
Outside Live Market, any statement about inventory, medians or momentum is directional context, not current data. Verify anything time-sensitive with a broker or a current market report.
MARA never scrapes a listing site, never bypasses a paywall, login or access control, and never fabricates a market figure. When a provider is not connected or returns nothing, MARA says the data is unavailable instead of estimating it.
