Risk Score
An inverted score: higher means more identified risk.
The Risk Score summarises the risk factors MARA identified from the information available, each with a severity of low, medium or high and a written explanation.
MARA's prompts specifically consider Montreal and Quebec risk patterns: pyrite and pyrrhotite, buried oil tanks, vermiculite, flat-roof (élastomère) lifecycles, plex-stock issues, and condo contingency-fund adequacy. It can only raise these when the property data or an uploaded inspection report supports them.
A low risk score is not a clean bill of health
It only means nothing was found in the data you provided. It is not a substitute for a building inspection by a certified inspector.
