Inspection analysis
How MARA reads an inspection report and classifies risk.
You upload a PDF or image of an inspection report. MARA sends the document to the AI layer with a prompt that forbids inventing findings: only what the document supports may be reported, and each finding cites its page or section where the document allows it.
Risk classification
| Class | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Critical | Safety, structural or systems issues the report treats as requiring prompt action. |
| Important | Issues with a material cost or timeline impact. |
| Minor | Maintenance-level items. |
The Inspection Risk Score is inverted: higher means more or more severe issues were found in the document. Repair cost figures attached to findings are estimated ranges, not quotes.
Important
MARA reads the document you gave it. It cannot see the building, and it cannot know what the inspector chose not to write down.
